Jasmin Zaman is the owner of In Tune Training. She holds her Bachelors in Exercise and Health Sciences from the University of Texas in Austin as well as several national fitness certifications.
She has over 4 years of experience working with a wide-range of populations including those with goals of weight loss, muscle building and in rehab settings.
She helps others learn to love being strong, break free from yo-yo dieting, and thrive in their dream body by understanding how to eat train and think.
In Tune was born from the need to not neglect any part of health and for you to understand your body on a deeper level. Here, fitness is far more than just physical. We work together to first master the mind, and develop daily habits that promote long-term sustainable changes. This is no place for quick fixes. Together, we lay the foundations and then work towards surpassing your goals in a strategic and data driven manner that works for you and your lifestyle.
