About In Tune Training

Education

Hi, I'm Jasmin, owner of In Tune Training.

I hold a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Austin, and several national fitness certifications, with experience in rehabilitation and manual therapy settings. For the past four years, I've specialized in helping others lose fat, build muscle, and gain clarity on their path to long-term sustainable change that supports the bigger picture: a higher quality of life and the freedom that comes with finally feeling confident and knowing what to do. 


I bring a fresh perspective to coaching that blends education with lived experience, having gone through multiple life chapters (lifelong athlete, injuries, healing sickness through holistic means) - where each challenge has shown me a deeper truth: real transformation requires alignment and not leaving any parts of ourselves behind. My mission is to help others pursue personal excellence by tuning into all parts of self and providing them the tools, knowledge, and space to thrive.


Clients come to me feeling stuck, frustrated, and disconnected. They've tried diet after diet, pushed harder in the gym, or relied on restrictive approaches that left them drained. Their effort is there, but they lack strategy—this is where I come in.


I don't offer quick fixes or hand out plans with no direction. My focus is helping clients understand the why, how, and what behind their training, nutrition, and mindset. Through collaboration, we develop a strategy that moves them forward, adapts to different seasons of life, and removes the chains holding them back. And yes, I will teach you how to eat foods you love and still progress! I work best with those committed who feel there's a missing piece and want to learn, not just be told what to do.


Coaching is an art, and every client brings a unique past and perspective—coaching should reflect this individuality. My style brings intentionality and a technical eye where I emphasize 

My approach is rooted in the foundations in strength and conditioning while incorporating approaches such as breath work, Postural Restoration, and Functional Range Conditioning. 


My favorite part is the relationships I build and the laughs we share. By walking in my truth, I give others the ability to walk in theirs. Total empath here! 


Outside of just a gym setting I enjoy anything active and that puts me in the sun - hiking, ripstick, yoga are a few of my favorites. You can also find me doing art, exploring with my dog and spending quality time with my loved ones or pondering over the deeper questions in life. I am passionate about personal growth In aspects and continue to seek new challenges that test my comfort zone.
